1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using Salat Learning, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is provided by Quanticapps.
2. Educational purpose
Salat Learning provides educational guidance and supporting tools. Practices may vary by school of thought, community, and individual circumstances. The app is not a substitute for advice from a qualified religious authority, and you remain responsible for how you use its content.
3. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or its content, except where applicable law does not permit such restrictions.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal
Paid features may be offered through automatically renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and included features are shown before purchase and may vary by country, currency, and platform.
Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically and the applicable store may charge your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel through your device’s Apple or Google subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
5. Trials, cancellation, and refunds
If a free or discounted trial is offered, unused portions may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased, as permitted by the applicable store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the store states otherwise. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies and applicable law.
6. App availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or availability. We aim to keep the app useful and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will always be available in every location or on every device.
7. Intellectual property
The app, brand, software, illustrations, audio, video, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to Quanticapps and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Third-party services
The app may rely on or link to third-party services, including Apple and Google. Their products and services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quanticapps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the app. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the app, or create risk or legal exposure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Changes and contact
