1. Who we are
Salat Learning is provided by Quanticapps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@quanticapps.com.
2. Information the app may process
Depending on the features you use and permissions you grant, the app may process:
- Location: device location or a location you select to calculate prayer times and Qibla direction. You can control location permission in your device settings.
- App and device data: device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, identifiers, diagnostics, crash data, and interaction data used to operate and improve the app.
- Preferences and progress: settings, learning progress, completed steps, reminders, and other choices you save in the app.
- Support information: your email address and the content of messages or attachments you send to support.
- Subscription status: product, transaction, entitlement, renewal, and purchase-status information supplied by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment card details.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide prayer guidance and related features, calculate time- or location-dependent information, save preferences, verify subscription access, troubleshoot problems, respond to support requests, protect the app from misuse, and understand and improve app performance.
4. App Store and Google Play purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Their handling of payment and account information is governed by their own privacy policies. We receive limited purchase records needed to provide and restore subscription access.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We may use vendors that provide hosting, diagnostics, analytics, customer support, and subscription infrastructure. They may process information only to provide services to us and under applicable contractual protections. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of assets.
6. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including providing the service, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and applicable requirements.
7. Your choices and rights
You can change app permissions in your device settings, disable notifications, and manage your subscription through Apple or Google. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information.
To make a privacy request, email support@quanticapps.com. We may need to verify your request. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
8. Children
Salat Learning is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
9. International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app, our practices, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy and revise the “Last updated” date.
